21 februari 2020 - 11:01The hotel is nice and so the staff, we were with a warm welcome by Christian at the front desk, excelent service, our maid did a great job keeping our room clean, the pool area and bar are more than good to spend a very good time, beach has many rocks but if you have water shoes you’ll be ok, thank you Costa Sur.

26 februari 2020 - 2:46Al planear nuestra boda mi esposa y yo pensábamos que era muy complicado llevar a 100 personas de la cdmx y de distintos puntos de la república a puerto vallarta, pero al comenzar a planearlo y con el apoyo del personal del hotel esto fue realidad, superaron todas nuestras expectativas dejando a mis invitados a a nosotros con uno de los mejores recuerdos de nuestras vidas, todo quedo retratado bajo el lente de Ricardo Villaseñor dándonos la alegría de guardar en físico esos recuerdos que se lograron gracias al trabajo en conjunto, sin duda los recomendamos ampliamente. Ellos hicieron la diferencia en nuestra estancia. Realmente se ve que tienen una actitud de servicio fantástica y siempre con una sonrisa y escuchando las necesidades de los clientes. Gracias
Desde que llegamos tuvimos un excelente trato, antonio e iñaki nos recibieron y nos atendieron de maravilla. el hotel nos encanto, la comida esta muy buena, nos encantaron las habitaciones. seguro regresamos.

Cuando llegamos nos recibio mi tocallo iñaki, nos atendio maravillosamente! la verdad, nunca me habian atendido y apapachado de esta manera, me hizo sentir realmente en casa, nos dio toda la informacion que requeriamos y al igual nos ofrecio ir a su presentacion de ventas, desgraciadamente por el tiempo medido que teniamos no fuimos y aun asi, nos apoyo en todo!! muchas gracias!
I had a great time on my recent stay at Costa Sur and can’t wait until next October! Christian at the front desk is super helpful, friendly and took care of anything we needed. You can tell he is very compassionate about his job. This resort is south of town, which I prefer. Beautiful pool and private beach. It is easy to catch the bus right in front of the hotel to town or take a cab. I have to say I have never had a bad experience at this resort. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful and makes sure your stay is quite enjoyable. I highly recommend Costa Sur🧡
We had a fabulous time at Costa Sur this week!. Everyone was kind, helpful, generous and truly cared that we were taken care of. I´d highly recommend Costa Sur as the destination for anyone´s Puerta Vallarta vacation. 5 stars!! Karla the best Concierge.. look for her!!!!!
We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Costa Sur. All thanks to Christian who gave us a wonderful room with a fantastic view and taught us how to take a local taxi, rather than the expensive one at the airport. Rita, our maid, was a hard worker. She kept our room spotless and it was especially nice to be greeted by Juan, the security chief, whenever we go out. Everyone is always so nice and friendly there. Despite the heat, we had a wonderful time. We are seniors and just happy to have a nice, relaxing holiday. That, you can get at Costa Sur Resort.
All the services are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink choices are excellent. Condos are clean and well kept. The activities provided are varied for age groups. Very relaxing spaces to enjoy the scenery. Especially enjoyed the food and beach area. Limited money exchange was the only minor problem.
The staff and resort are fantastico, I loved the view and to be able to enjoy the water sports in a safe are. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Armando from concierge helped me more than anyone else. He is a very good man. I hope he likes canadian whiskey!

The best part of our vacations was that everybody in this hotel are so nice, Christian helped us every time we needed, the rooms are with full ocean view and the sunsets are the best. Beach is kinda small but you can enjoy the lagoon and see many sea life, bar & restaurant are fine too, Guacamole is the best with chips!
Fuimos a una boda y el hotel es muy bueno, desde la recepción Christian nos atendió amablemente, el paquete de alimentos y bebidas es excelente, nos la pasamos increíble y lo recomendaremos.
Estuvimos ahí y nos encantó el hotel, fuimos a un evento de boda y estuvo muy bonita, el todo incluido es bueno y la atención también, Christian nos atendió en todo momento muy amablemente, le comenté que volveremos, gracias por excelente atención
We were there a couple days ago and the service is great. Christian checked us inn and he gave us a great service, the room was good with the best view to the bay. Food and drinks are good too, short ride to town and what makes this hotel better is that everyone has a great smile, see you next time!

Todo estuvo de maravilla, iñaki fue nuestro representante, le pongo un excelente. la boda gue muy bonita, los meseros nos atendieron muy bien, en especial gerardo. nos quedamos con muchas ganas de regresar. gracias
Excelente hotel para descansar y relajarse cuenta con todos los servicios y comodidades necesarias, no hace falta salir del lugar. La atención desde los botones, recepción , meseros etc es de lo mejor. Gracias a Ivan y Michelle por las actividades programadas para distraerse y divertirse son muy agradables personas que se ve que les gusta lo que hacen. En la parte del restaurante se encontrarán con Araceli que es muy servicial y atenta , al igual que todos los meseros , no recuerdo el nombre de todos pero sin duda todos con la mejor actitud para servir. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias , con una vista al mar inigualable. Redimiendo mucho el hotel para desconectarse de todo y solo ser consentido. Gracias
