26 februari 2020 - 2:45Thoroughly enjoyed my annual visit to Costa Sur. As one recent reviewer noted, the wine list could use a little updating. I talked to many wine drinkers like myself who would be happy to pay a little more for better wine, particularly the Chardonnay. The entire staff was terrific as always. Standout employees included both Juans at the front entrance, Fernando at the front desk, and Rafael from the waitstaff. Also Jayde is a wonderful addition to the great activities staff, her enthusiasm and good nature was contagious. I must also agree with a prior post I read regarding Uva, the maid on the first floor. She has been at Costa Sur for many years and is always so warm and kind, and does an amazing job keeping the rooms sparkling clean. Thank you Uva!

24 februari 2020 - 10:26I love having a ocean view, rooms were very clean, massage was excellent quality and great value. The entertainment in the evening on the pool deck was fun. I would just like to see a better selection of red wine and champagne. There was a decent wine list but they didn't have anything stocked. I also did not get down early enough and they ran out of pool towels 3 days in a row.

But I also want to say Gabriella, Claudia, Armando, Renoldo, hector, Abel, Eswin and Juan Luis were also wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

21 februari 2020 - 10:40I love Costa Sur! I've been there 6 times. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Both pools are heated. They offer spas and salon services, as well as activities throughout the day. The location is great - only a $.50 bus ride for 15 minutes into town to the most charming area of PV: the Romantic Zone. Best part is it is not owned by some big American conglomerate. The owners are Mexican!

21 februari 2020 - 10:41This is our third time to Costa Sur and we've never been happier. Ricardo meets us at the door, brings our bags to our room, went above and beyond in assisting with a room change when front desk assigned the wrong building and thrn was there to lend a helping hand up the stairs from the beach with gear. Claudia is by far, the kindest, fastest most accurate service staff we ever had, she knows we don't drink alcohol and have an allergy to avocado so she was was diligent in assuring our safety while providing fun poolside options and remebering everyday, she works so hard! Jose and Ivan were so great in helping my amputee wife with snorkel and whalewatching tours. They made us feel supported while allwong for independence. Thanks for another great year, as always Costa Sur..hasta luego!

21 februari 2020 - 10:44We keep coming every year and we love to stay here, the people that works here are the best, Christian at the desk helped us as always and he is super nice, also we liked the food, fresh chilaquiles in the morning with coffee was a great option, this is a quiet place 10 min. From town, which is perfect if you want to relax.

21 februari 2020 - 10:47We decided to stay here because the lagoon, service is excellent, Christian was amazing, he gave us the best room on a high floor, the views to the bay are the best! All rooms face the ocean, if you’re not afraid of highs, this is the best option that you can go. Food is ok but can be better, no complaints. Otherwise, we will be back.

En el restaurante la comida muy rica y las albercas muy agusto aunque a las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento. Planeamos regresar.

The pool is perfect, the beach couldnt be closer and is amazing, the views are breathtaking (none of that partial view nonsense), the food is great, the rooms are spectacular, and the STAFF IS THE BEST! It feels safe and comfortable and has our hearts for sure.

21 februari 2020 - 10:54We arrived on december 26th and since we crossed the door, we felt like we were home, everybody was so kind and gentle in special all the concierge team, iñaki, karla, monica and armando are wonderful, they helped us every step of the way. enrique and juanito from the bar are incredible. at the front desk, Carlos was the man! Costa Sur is always the first option for incredible vacations! and we will be back next year for two weeks!

She helped me find a good doctor, printed our boarding passes and was my best option for help. The result, we will be looking to book this vacation again or this type of vacation.

Coming back again!
This was our first time coming here though our time share and this is one of a kind. The front desk are nice, Christian helped us a lot! Food & drinks down at the pool and beach are the best, you can have a chair on the beach with a cool drink, guacamole and chips and just enjoy yourself, we are coming back for sure. Thanks again.
