La estadia en el hotel costa sur fue plenamente satisfactoria, el personal muy atento y amable en especial "Iñaki". Seguramente regresaremos pronto ya que la pasamos muy bien aqui. Saludos!!!

IÑAKI DID AN EXCELENT JOB! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IÑAKI AS A PERSONAL CONCIERGE ALWAYS! WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE HOTEL. THE PEOPLE AROUND THE POOL IS AMAZING. THE ONLY THING I WAS DISAPPOINTING , WAS THE NEW YEARS EVE DINNER.
The beauty of the surroundings was only made more wonderful by the delightful people who staffed it. Jose, Alexa, and Ivan, who head up the warm and friendly Activities staff made everyone feel so special. Their enthusiasm for the activities was genuine, infectious, and never ending. The food service was phenomenal and attentive to all: Claudia, Osboldo, Ernesto, Enrique, Miguel, Juan and Flavio all cheerfully rushed about making sure we all had anything and everything we asked for. They did all this to make OUR holiday vacation special, while foregoing time with their own families to do so. I so look forward to my (definite) return visit because I feel I have a special family of friends all waiting to welcome me back! Kudos to everyone for their dedication and excellent work!
I just returned from spending 10 days at Costa Sur. I've traveled the world but have never had such a great staff! Thanks to The Activities Group, Jose, Ivan and Alexa who made whale watching, poolside and evening activities so incredible. I'd also like to extend a special thanks to the wait staff, Osbaldo, Ernesto, Claudia, Miguel, Juan (bartender), Flavio and Enrique, you took such great care of all my special dietary needs.

What a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Sunsets are amazing. Food, entertainment and service is the best. I would like to thank Ivan, Alexa, Jose, and Veronica the activities crew who made everyday fun. Also the food service staff: Claudia and Edson. You all made my vacation wonderful. I will come again.
Nosotros compramos el Todo incluido. La playa es una caleta y por las tardes es muy tranquila. La comida es a la carta y muy rica. El vino rosado y blanco también muy ricos. Oportunidades para mejorar. Poner el servicio de Servibar en la habitación. Reemplazar las llaves de la habitación por tarjetas o pulseras. Es muy fácil perder las llaves en las albercas o playas. Deberían incluir las actividades en la playa con equipo incluido como Snorkel y Cayak sin costo alguno.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. We had been to Costa Sur in 2015 and although had been to Cancun, Cabo San Lucas and Hawaii since we chose to return to Costa Sur for the charm of the location and friendliness of the resort. The menu has upgraded and the variety of food is tasty, beautiful and served by atttentive staff including the free afternoon palo“mitas”. Alexa, Julissa and Claudia kept an eye on us to be sure our experience was memorable. Muchas Gracias!
My visit in November, was great! I enjoyed the entertainment very much. Thanks to Jose the event coordinator. Jose is a valuable person. His charisma Is very unique. Jose is a very attentive. And he goes out of his way to entertain us. I love my stay at Costa Sur.. and best of all the People that works there . All the employees are super friendly. Thank you Jose García in the events for putting so much effort. Good choices.🙏🙏😘

El personal nos atendió de maravilla, pero emito algunos comentarios para que puedan mejorar: - Los elevadores son insuficientes. - Los pisos de la regadera son muy resbalosos y tuvimos un accidente con una de mis hijas, por lo cual terminamos en urgencias.
I was at Costa Sur with my mom and sister from 10/30 to 11/8/18. The best thing going for Costa Sur is Ivan in the Activities area. His energy and enthusiasm for his job showed daily. He greeted us by name, always had a smile, made sure we had what we needed and you could tell everyone loved him and the energy he brought to Costa Sur. A true treasure that I hope Costa Sur appreciates. I know we did!

We stayed at you resort for seven days. My partner and I felt welcoming by every employee we came in contact. We did not get the room that was shown on the advertisement. We stayed were the old rooms are. On November 5. My partner and I visited the spa and were taking care by Socorro, Paula, and Yadira. These ladies did an outstanding job on our backs my partner says that it Has been the best massage He has had. Paula did my pedicure and looks fantastic. They take great pride in their work and make sure one is comfortable during the time they’re doing they work. Kudos for everyone but specially for Paula, Socorro y Yadira. Thank you.
El Hotel Costa Sur, es un lugar excelente para descansar, las personas que trabajan ahí, te ofrecen un servicio excelente. Es un lugar maravilloso, para pasar unos días en familia.
Me hospede ahi hace un par de dias y regrese muy contenta, las habitaciones dan vista al mar, por las tardes es algo totalmente magico, el servicio de habitacion super, limpio todo y las albercas exquisitas, la playa estuvo un poco fuerte el oleaje en la mañana, pero pude entrar a nadar sin problema en la tarde, lo que mas me encanto de todo fue su comdia exquisita y su excelente servicio, gracias a Christian por ayudarme en todo, imprimir mis documentos importantes para mi trabajo y sonreir siempre, volvere muy pronto.
I have been coming to Costa Sur for over 35 years and love this place. But have a few complaints this year. Please get some new towels they are old and scratchy. I was put in a different room which needed some TLC. The food in the dining room always came out cold every time we eat there but was good.

I had a better experience last time I was there, that was the reason for my return. The room wasn’t as nice as last time. The part that was most upsetting is that I noticed they trated me very nice, I’m from California, but there was several members of my family there from Mexico and they where treated different,
