We had a wonderful stay at Costa Sur. The room was clean and spacious and they all have incredible views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, the private lagoon and beach, and the restaurant and patio but the service is what made the stay the most memorable! Everyone is super friendly and helpful but a special shout out goes to Osbaldo, Raul, Miguel and Ernesto. They always made us feel extra special. We would not hesitate to stay again.
We really like the costa sur but think there needs to be a kids pool. The quiet pool which is in the shade quite a bit would be better as a kids pool.
the resort was great because of the location but mainly the staff made the stay great. inaki the concierge was very helpfull with information of the hotel and local activities.
The vacation was great we had a wonderful time. INAKI was great in setting us up with riding RZR´S in the jungle and giving us great service. the resort was better than expected and the views from our room was unbelievable. we look foreward to coming again. .
Me encantó mi primer experiencia en Costa Sur. Desde que llegué a recepción me atendieron con mucha calidez, nos otorgaron una habitación de una categoría más alta a la que habíamos pagado para comodidad nuestra. Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar. La piscina lindísima, la comida del desayuno muy rica y la vista que tienen las habitaciones te deja sin palabras. Super recomendable, sin duda regresaría. Bien por todo el equipo que tiene sonrisas para los huéspedes.
Un gran trato por parte del personal, meseros y personas encargadas de las actividades.
the staff was friendly, attentive and eager to please. They were very accomodating for speacial dietary requirements. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very pleasant. Inaki was always present to answer questions . He was knowlegable and very friendly.
Todo muy bonito, y relejante. Servicio muy bueno. Especialmente el servicio de Raul que nos atendio muy bien todos los Dias que estuvimos aqui.
This was our 4th year in a row at Costa Sur and couldn't be more pleased. Love the rooms, the beach and the view. Staff is great and very accommodating. Ernesto and Osdbaldo took great care of us and our travel companions. See ya next year!
we have been coming here for 30 years and this place is even better than we first came, you dont have to leave the resort because they have so much activities to do, everyone we talk to we love it. iñaki was awesome, he gave us a 5 star service, great information, great attitude!

muy contenta con el viaje en familia , las instalaciones muy limpias la habitación en excelentes condiciones la Srita Claudia del área del restaurante nos atendió excelente , solo como comentario hace falta un área para niños un chapoteadero juegos ya que habia muchos niños y las albercas son hondas y no se podian meter. de todo lo demás excelente
Excelente lugar para realizas bodas la mía fue el pasado 16 de marzo estuvo excelente en el trato de Gabriela fue espectacular, 100% recomendable

We always enjoy our stay at Costa Sur. Elva, Elbita, and Elvira have made visiting the store an enjoyable experience. We have grown to love these employees and feel they are part of our family. They always great you with a smile and are happy you came in. The store is a plus for the resort and is handi when you need things.

Amazing family vacation at Costa Sur. Hats off to the incredible staff who made every day truly special. Ivan & Alexa, Ernesto, Fabricio, Miguel, Reynaldo and Jose to name a few. Meals and Shows were fantastic. Always a friendly smile. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Mini-mart on site. Close to town or Mismaloya. Can't wait to return next year!! Miss you all already!

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en Costa Sur, la atención de todo el personal es siempre muy buena, las instalaciones del hotel muy bien cuidadas, lo único que ahora no nos gustó tanto, fue la habitación, siempre nos había tocado estar en la torre más alta, y las habitaciones están muy bonitas, en este caso estuve en la torre más pequeña y las puertas, como la regadera están deterioradas. Para la siguiente ocasión me aseguraré que nos alojen en la torre alta! Fuera de ello, tuvimos una muy placentera experiencia
Clean Rooms overlooking the ocean a safe lagoon to swim in. A 10 peso bus ride to downtown or to zoo. Cozy quite quaint , a sleeper hotel that we seem to always return to. Never disappointed. We recommend this one to our friends and family.
Very friendly and smaller atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Honestly didn't want to leave! Made new friends each day Excellent staff; Yanet in housekeeping, Alexa Jose and Alan in activities, Edwin Hector Enrique Ernesto and many other waiters and bar staff.....when you know and remember their names they've done a super job. Newly renovated end unit studio had space and very comfortable. Loved being right on the ocean. Warm pool was lovely. Would have liked a larger walking beach but all was still great with easy access to town.
We enjoyed the warm hospitality of Costa Sur. The staff is friendly and willing to please. We found the room efficient and clean, however, a little "tired" and in need of an update. We found they have a loyal patronage and many people are return customers.
