There are so many wonderful things to say about Costa Sur...the beautiful ocean facing balconies , delicious food , and the attentive and friendly staff . A real standout is Ivan who leads the activities program. He is so charming and kind to everyone !!! We never wanted to miss his water aerobics because it was a great workout and and bingo with Ivan is silly , good fun! The manager , Jose is a gem ! He took us on a steep , spectacular walk to the PV overlook . He was so patient with our group , encouraging us all the way . You couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff to make you feel more welcome .. from the front desk to the wait staff , you will feel right at home at Costa Sur! Thank you all for a wonderful week! Another great year in Puerto Vallarta at Costa Sur. Jose has a new activities staff this year. Ivan, Alexa, and Alan have made our visit wonderful once again. From volley ball to bingo and all other activities they are an upbeat fun loving group who make you welcome and feel at home. I love how they go around the pool welcoming guest in the morning. Osbaldo is great bringing me coffee with milk in the mornings perfectly done. The convenience store and staff is another plus for this resort. We love coming home every year and being welcomed by all the staff and friends.

Our week at Costa Sur was so beyond expectation I’m not sure I can do it justice. The staff is mentioned so often because from the first welcome they know who you are and are happy to help. I could mention every single person but a shout-out to Claudia, Osbaldo, Enrique and Veronica. The resort and great ocean view rooms are charming. The layout is perfect: two pools, tables and sitting areas everywhere, palm tree canopies, and never crowded. My biggest surprise was the food: no need to go elsewhere when you want a good buffet or 4 star meals. Drinks are generously offered. We’ll be back next year. Costa Sur is a hidden gem.

FROM THE FIRST MINUTE WE ARRIVED TO COSTA SUR THE STAFF ATTRENDED TO OUR EVERY NEED. IÑAKI, OUR CONCERGE, HAD ARRANGED EVRYTHING FOR US, INCLUDING AN AMAZING FISHING TRIP. oUR STAY WAS COMPLETELY STRESS FREE, OUR ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS, AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. WE CANT WAIT UNTIL OUR NEXT VISIT.
We always enjoy our stays here, year after year. We love Uvalda, who takes care of our room. We love the servers on the patio, especially Gabriela & Claudia & Osvaldo. Inaki is the best,he really helped us schedule our activities to Rhythm of the Night & ATV adventure. Monica, is wonderful!! Sergio graciously answered our many questions about Club Costa Vida, which we joined last year. We loved seeing Juanita & Carlos again, trusted vendors that we do not find anywhere else. What more can we say except that we will be back !!! Oh, by the way, we brought our son & daughter in law last year & this year & they love it here too. We look forward to bringing more of our family here.
Being in Costa Sur is like being back home. The place is sooo very friendly and the people, both guests and workers, are all a delight. The help we have received from people like Iñaki, head concierge, Veronica, Moises and other waiters, the activity staff, has been above and beyond, We have loved being here and will return.

since we arrived, the service is excelent, iñaki and armando did a great job, they help usin everything, some of the older waiters are kind of brusque. we had a great room!! we want to come back!
This was my fifth time staying at the Costa Sur. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and their efforts to assist the visitors with any issues they have dealing with the resort. I feel safe there and appreciate having bus service to the door! The food there was also very good. I will return.

TODO BIEN nuestra estancia fue Buena aunque no nos gustan las invitaciones a desayunos mas sin embargo necesitaria ver in plan para comprar tiempo en el hotel
tHE FANTASTIC PLACE for swimming. Service was competentive and helpfull. i know a lot of about possibilities to look some historical and funny place, like old town San Sebastiano, coffee, cacao and vanilla plantation, botanical garden with colibry and finanly exellent swiming with dolfina and sea lion. i strong recomended ask proffesional help for Inaki, which can organised for you incretibale memmories of your vacation.
For many years now we keep going back and Staying at Costa Sur, in celebration of our wedding anniversary as well as summer time Costa Sur, a place we love to call HOME AWAY FROM HOME not only because the place is wonderful, food is amazing but most of all the very attentive and professional staff go out of their way to make sure we truly feel at home! Miguel (Mike, or Miguelito) best server ( and great friend now) you could ever meet. And during our last visit last month our experience was exceptionally unforgettable ! Studio was quite large and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Kitchen had microwave, refrig, and gas cooktop which was fine for us. Room was very clean and kept that way by the daily maid service. Finding a place around the main pool was difficult but the quiet pool was very nice. Daily water vollyball was fun to watch. Had some difficulty getting waiters attention so it took a long time to eat. Small store supplied all we needed. Breakfast brunch was very good. We had asked for a hostess at the airport but it wasn't done so we had to walk the gauntlet. Fare from airport was 260 pesos not the $38 they had suggested. Checkin and service including money change was very easy. All in all it was a very restful and pleasant stay.
Muy cómodas las camas. La atención de todo su personal muy bien, en especial la de los meseros Miguelito y Ernesto. Agradecimiento especial a Iván, coordinador de Actividades, siempre amable y muy atento con mi madre al momento de hacer sus acuaerobics. Excelente vista desde la habitación. El desayuno incluido muy bien servido en sus proporciones.
