Excelente trato, Instalaciones limpias, solo faltaría ser mas estrictos con los nosotros(huéspedes) en el uso de cubrebocas, a todo momento en los lugares obligatorios, personal educado atento y servicial! Gracias!!

El personal es amable y su actitud es cálida como nadie. Desde el personal en la entrada con una sonrisa permanente y una prontitud para recibir a quienes bajan de los carros. Ese "bienvenidos a casa," así se siente. Elva (de la tiendita) recuerda a nuestro hijo y se desvive con sus atenciones. El personal que limpia la recámara es detallado y esmerado. Nuestra sugerencia es en el sentido de los otros huéspedes. No estamos seguros si por accidente nos pusieron en el ala de fumadores, pero todo el humo de lo balcones contiguos fue molesto.

Hemos elegido este hotel en los últimos años por su hermosa vista y playa, por la alberca climatizada, pero esta ocasión estuvieron frías ambas albercas, tampoco me agradó que me vendieran forzosamente un kit de cubrebocas y gel, ya que nosotros traíamos de mejor calidad tanto cubrebocas, gel antivacterial, alcohol y desinfectantes para la habitación y aún cuando le hicimos saber ésto el Recepcionista no lo tomó en cuenta y nos dijo que era obligatorio pagar dicho kit, por lo demás, conformes con el hotel, gracias.
We had a fantastic vacation! The resort staff was amazing, the views were breathtaking, great food, and pools. The ocean out front was so warm! This made our 2020 bearable! Thanks so much Costa Sur Staff. Please make surveys in English too because I can’t understand it. Thanks again

We my Wife & I have been here 3 times , The first was our 45th anniversary. You're wonderful time at this Resort happens soon as you pull up to the front door and greeted by the door men, To the front desk to your room . The mad service 2nd to none . In the restaurant try the blue crab wow , and in the bar virgin pina coladas the best , They are there to make your vacation the most wonderful experience . and we have booked one for Sept 2020 I'm 75 years young and still love having a good time . All the staff are always great, especially Juan in security, Fernando at the front desk, Juanita our maid and our servers Miguel, Rafael, Ernesto and Gabriella. We can't wait to go back very soon! The Costa Sur feels like home thank you!

26 août 2020 - 10:15 AMAún no lo creó, Estoy tan sorprendido,Mi estancia en este Hotel me dejó con la boca abierta, A mi me encanta practicar el Snorkel,y ahi fue maravilloso porque lo pude hacer seguro,con mi hijo y esposa,Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.Y el personal,Nos trato increíble. Podría seguir y seguir. Espero y pronto volver a regresar!! Gracias!!!!

26 août 2020 - 10:15 AMUn hotel en donde escuchas el sonido del mar en tu habitación y vez el atardecer en tu balcón. Una playa en donde puedes meterte a nadar y con un personal con una gran calidez. Por ello regreso siempre con alegría a él.

Of particular note this year are Fernando at the Front Desk, our Maid Uvalda and the 2 Activities Directors Jennifer and Yadie. Also, we would like to give credit to a maintenance worker Casaer because we saw him many times on the property and he was always hustling, friendly and smiling as he worked. See all of you again next year!!!

27 mars 2020 - 2:24 PMOur pool side and restaurant waitress, Claudia was wonderful. Housekeeping, Esperanza was excellent! Security, Javier and pantoja were helpful and professional. Jadee, Jennifer and Jose were fun and entertaining! Verónica was professional and helpful. Our complaints: stench of sewage and the smoking. If ashtrays were in one area, use that as smoking only! Not around the pool! Cigarettes in the pool and the smoke next to us when we’re trying to enjoy the sun is not enjoyable. Your staff is wonderful, your menu should have more variety. Every day and week after week are the same. Entertainment was enjoyable but repetitive. We enjoyed nine weeks and hope to book ten-twelve weeks next year.
