They seem to be working in their rooms which is great, hope to my next visit here all their rooms will be renovated, but their staff is great, from the pool area to the front desk, Christian took care of us and he was beyond excellent, the food is good, but the best this is their lagoon, around noon the beach looks like a lagoon, no waves, lots of sea life and relax, I will definitely come back.
Everything was perfect, good weather, good service, good food. the room was very clean. iñaki gave us an excelent service. i will recomend it.

Staff is the best part of this hotel, they made me feel like home, Christian was so helpful during our stay, rooms are clean, pool area and beach was clean too, bus ride to town is just 10 peso each, we will come back.
We booked this on a whim when we hoped to extend our stay in Mexico. We went for the all inclusive package. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The resort has activities all throughout the day. Nice lounge areas around sea and pool. Resort felt clean and safe.
Our stay was incredible, we had the best service we have had in a long time and we travel to Mexico regularly. The waiters and waitress Claudia were very attentive. We had transportation available to accommodate our large group of 9. We will definitely come back.
Mi boda fue en Costa Sur y todo estuvo hermoso, las coordinadoras muy atentas amables. Todo tal y como lo pedí..gracias a Miroslava y Gabriela.. 50 de mis invitados se hospedaron y todos quedamos muy contentos con la amabilidad de todos los que trabajan en Costa Sur. Especialmente Miguel, Felipe y muchos más. Servicio de primera los cuartos limpios y muy cómodos con vista hermosa hacia el mar. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Claro que volveré.
I’ve been coming to Costa Sur for many years and this time was the best, I was on the first floor but because they had a problem with a leak in my room, they moved me to a new room, Christian took care of it so nice and professional, he was the best during my stay there, I kept telling him how much I was appreciated it for my new room, thank you!
I come down every year and I always spend the best time in Puerto Vallarta here at Costa Sur. Thank you to everybody, Christian and Fernando at the front desk, Veronica on Member Services, Uvalda my maid who is the best maid ever!!! See you next year.
First time at Costa Sur late May 2019 with 2 girl friends. Have to say service was great from the time we stepped out of the taxi to the time e we had to get back in. Our room was nice, great view, spotless & clean. Good meals and wonderful bar service. Our favorite waiter Raul Montoya made sure we had what ever we wanted and that we were taken care of. Would love to come back some day!!
NOS GUSTO BASTANTE EL SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL, PRINCIPALMENTE DE SU MESERO ARMANDO Y DE VANESSA DE ACTIVIDADES PARA NIÑOS, SU ATENCIÓN ES SOBRESALIENTE. POR OTRA PARTE EL HOTEL NECESITA MEJORAS IMPRESCINDIBLES 1- LA HABITACIÓN QUE NOS TOCO EL WC TIENE TANQUE QUE CONSUME AGUA AL POR MAYOR, AL IGUAL QUE FUGAS EN LAVAMANOS. REQUIERE MANTENIMIENTO, YA QUE NO CREO QUE SEA SOLO LA HABITACIÓN DONDE NOS HOSPEDAMOS. 2- EN TODA LA ZONA DE RESTAURANT TIENEN LOS ANUNCIOS DE "NO AL POPOTE", SIN EMBARGO LLEGARON LAMENTABLEMENTE PERSONAS NO CONSCIENTES Y LOS MESEROS DEL ÁREA DE PISCINA POR LA TARDE ENTREGABAN POPOTES AL POR MAYOR PARA ESTAS PERSONAS. ESPERO REALMENTE MEJOREN Y APLIQUEN LA CONCIENCIA ECOLÓGICA QUE PARECE INTENTAN IMPLANTAR, PARA QUE MEJORE TODO EN EL HOTEL
El venir a vallarta fue una experiencia super agradable, nos encanto el hotel. el serviocio que nos dieron fue excelente. la comida, la habitacion, la playa, la vista, la alberca, todo fue maravilloso. queremos agradecerle en especial a iñaki por toda su ayuda y por ser tan gentil con nosotros. sin duda vamos a regresar.

desde que llegamos todo estuvo de maravilla, nos recibio cristian de front desk, el cual fue super amable y atento, nos asignaron a iñaki como nuestro asistente personal, el cual fue maravillosamente atento y nos trato excelentemente. los cuartos son muy bonitos con vista al mar, la comida es muy buena!! nos la pasamos muuuy bien y con muchas ganas de regresar.
Desde la llegada, nos recibio iñaki, nos atendio de maravilla y cubrio todas nuestras espectativas, nos encantaron las habitaciones, la comida excelente. cristian de front desk fue muy atento, pero si quiero dar un reconocimiento en especial a iñaki, nos atendio excelente!!!
Estuve con ustedes en abril y nos la pasamos muy a gusto, la playa con el rompe olas muy chingon, hace una alberca de mar, mis hijos y mi esposa no querían salirse de ahí, habitaciones muy limpias, las instalaciones también, un saludo a mi tocayo Christian que nos atendió a todo dar, muy amable, espero volver pronto con más familia y amigos.
Estuve en mayo del 2019 y fue una experiencia maravillosa, un lugar hermoso, excelente alimentación, todo muy fresco, además su personal está altamente calificado y es muy atento. Una maravillosa experiencia, sin duda volvería.
Traveled solo and loved this place. All rooms face the ocean food and drinks were good. Bus across the street to downtown and the beach, 10 minute ride for 1 dollar round trip. Monica the concierge was very helpful and set up 3 tours for me that were all great ask for her. I enjoyed staying a little ways out of town to relax when you want. Will stay here again.
Hace un par de semanas mi hermana y yo celebramos nuestras bodas en este hotel. Tomamos la decisión acertada al elegir este lugar. TODO, fue perfecto!!! Supero nuestras expectativas!! Gaby y Miroslava excelentes wedding planners!! Sin duda las mejores!!!!La ceremonia simbólica, la cena, bebidas y el trato para los invitados inigualable. Gracias por contribuir para hacer este día inolvidable!!!
Desde que llegamos estuvo todo muy bien, Cristian y Carlos nos atendieron de maravilla, iñaki nos ayudo muchisimo. la comida de muy buena calidad. nos toco un cuarto muy bonito. volveremos sin duda alguna.
Estuvimos muy contentos en nuestra primer visita a su hotel, nos encantó el servicio, la comida y la playa, la habitación 612 muy amplia y limpia, también las áreas, cabe distinguir el excelente de Christian que nos dio la habitación temprano y muy amable.
Estuvimos con el plan todo incluido y la comida estay súper ricas, probé el aguacate con camarón y delicioso, los nachos con carne y los ceviches también, el servicio es excelente, Christian muy amable, nos atendió en la entrada y salida y siempre amable, en el bar Kiki nos atendió también, nos vamos muy contentos.
Llevé a mi mamá y mis 2 hijos a pasar el día de las madres y la pasé de maravilla, la atención desde recepción Christian fue muy amable, nos recibió, contratamos el paquete todo incluido y valió todo la pena, la comida deliciosa, mis hijos encantados de las albercas con agua calientita y la playa, mi mamá fue también la que más contenta y yo también acabamos, ya que este hotel es excelente, volveré muy pronto.
Justo hoy checamos salida y nos vamos encantados de este hotel, la vista del balcón en el piso 7 es perfecta, nos invitaron al desayuno de bienvenida del hotel para las membresías y siempre fueron amables, corteses y a pesar de que en este momento no pudimos adquirir la membresía, nos trataron con respeto y nunca nos obligaron a nada ni nos presionaron, Christian nos atendió también y fue muy eficiente y amable, les advierto que nos veremos muy pronto!!! Espero sigan continuando con esa calidad de servicio y también remodelen todas sus habitaciónes.
Maravilloso lugar
El hotel Costa Sur es un lugar único. Desde que llegamos al hotel, nos atendió un señor con el nombre de iñaki, el cual fue muy atento y servicial y aunque nos negamos a su invitación de tiempo compartido, el continuo atendiéndonos durante todas nuestras vacaciones. Un día fuimos al cajero que se encuentra a un lado del escritorio de concierge, terminamos de usarlo y nos dimos la vuelta para irnos, cuando de repente el señor iñaki nos llamo y nos entrego 5,000 pesos que olvidamos en el cajero. Nos vamos felices y prometemos regresar y recomendar. GRACIAS.
