Every month the hotel recognizes with a token of appreciation those members of our staff who are mentioned on Tripadvisor reviews.  At the end of the year these staff members will enter a big raffle for a chance to win some really cool prizes.

Costa Sur is currently ranked in the 36 spot out of 150 hotels in Puerto Vallarta.  We still have a few steps to climb, but we are sure we will get there little by little.

We will continue to strive for excellence, we feel humbled and honored by our guests reviews, this is an ongoing process, it will never end.  We will continue to make updates to the property, like the new Deluxe Studios, 36 new rooms will be ready by December 16, 2017 and are ready to be booked right now!  We will continue to work hard to make sure each and every guest feels right at home at Costa Sur Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta.
